And Brielle, KaliAnn, and Tyler, who were thought to have MLD, but turned out to be Batten's...another lysosomal storage disorder.

A New - SHORT - Video on YouTube

I have posted a SHORT video on YouTube. This one is of the "One Step Closer" Walk for Leukodystrophy we held in Brighton, Massachusetts, honoring Athena Reitano and Raghavan Sundar. There aren't many pics, because my camera wasn't working right. But we had a great time, and funds were raised for research! Please view this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3DzAxrhm40c. This video will also be posted on our MySpace.

ANOTHER New Video on YouTube!

I have posted another video on YouTube. This one is of the "One Step Closer" Walk for Leukodystrophy we held in Allen, Texas. It was an amazing event, honoring Nathan Fleming and Ross and Trevor Joiner. We had close to 300 walkers that day. It was awesome! Rhonda, Nathan's mom, and her friends did an awesome job putting it all together! Please view this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xG0lfMhZ0Kc. I will be posting it on our MySpace, too. If you would like to post these videos on your page, the code is available on YouTube.

Thank you for supporting the work of The Stennis Foundation!

New Video on YouTube

If you have ever wondered about the work of The Stennis Foundation, this video is a must see: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6lHrup2gKtM.

The Stennis Foundation is committed to raising awareness of the Leukodystrophies, and to raising funds for Leukodystrophies research. The fundraisers are "for the families" -- to bring Leukodystrophies families together with other Leukodystrophies families. The funds raised are used to fund desperately needed research. There are some interesting things happening in the world of research, in Mexico. Although these latest developments are not "FDA approved" they have given hope to many MLD families.

Contributions to The Stennis Foundation are tax-deductible under IRS section 501(c)(3). Please visit http://www.stennisfoundation.org, or http://www.myspace.com/stennisfoundation for more information.
